During the early days of the Jan. ’07 ice storm, many tree companies were trying to make a mint as quickly as possible.
Tree Solutions took the opposite approach.
We recognized the dire circumstances our region had been hit with, and spent the first three days of the storm doing volunteer work.
Co-owner Brian Weatherford heard people calling local radio stations stating that they could not get out of their driveway, street, or neighborhood because of fallen trees and limbs. He drove to the station, and generously offered Tree Solutions services, free of charge.
With the help of (and much thanks owed to) local radio stations KSGF (104.1fm) and KTTS (94.7fm), and especially Vincent David Jericho of KSGF, we were able to help alot of people who were trapped by fallen trees. Both radio stations broadcast our offer, and people immediately began calling for help. Within minutes we had a list of people needing help. So we went to work, spending three days clearing streets and driveways, and in a few cases, doorways, for anyone who called.
Tree Solutions is proud to have had the opportunity to help our fellow Ozarks residents, and we will continue to offer our help free of charge.
Anyone trapped in their house, driveway, street or road by fallen trees or limbs is invited to call Tree Solutions for help, without charge. We will cut and move the debris out of the way, so you can get out of your house, driveway, or neighborhood, and on your way to where you need to be.
We won’t charge you a dime for these services, and you are under no obligation whatsoever to use Tree Solutions fee based services. We do hope you choose to use Tree Solutions for all your tree care needs, but either way, we are pleased to lend a needed hand to our fellow Ozarkians.
